I had a terrible experience with the pines location. I placed an order online on Sunday Jan 5th, but when I went to pick it up, the staff claimed I never completed the order. I showed them the confirmation from the website and the charge to my card - which they stated was just a temporary hold. Now the charge has posted to my account, and no one will respond to my calls or messages.

Rude uncommunicative indifferent staff. I understand it sucks working on a holiday but no need to take it out on paying guests.

This cafe used to be my go-to when I fly into FLL and head north to visit family, but it will no longer be. The service and food went downhill from what I remember. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes and were not acknowledged while workers were just talking in the kitchen. The food we ordered came out very dry and bland. There are plenty of Cuban cafes in south Florida and I recommend trying a different cafe. Thank you Colada for the previous good times; this will be my last.

There for taste 3 out of 5 . Service 3 out 5 . Place look good 5 of 5 . A sandwich with hardly no meat and a soda 24 dollar no way I come back I don’t mine paying but don’t be cheap with the meat I eat a lettuce and tomato sandwich. I order a chicken sandwich not a veggie sandwich. Sorry I did get fries lol

Stopped by here today and was not disappointed. Ordered an iced coffee with almond milk unsweetened and it was delicious. The staff was really attentive knowledgeable of the products and the atmosphere was great. It’s located inside of a nice little plaza right off the main road would highly recommend that you guys stop by.

🔥🔥🔥. I come here often to eat breakfast and study. Everything I’ve tried on the menu is fire. My favorite is the Cuban Philly. The staff is also really nice. One of my favorite spots in Fort Lauderdale.
