Every cookie I tried from this place was excellent. I experienced great customer service too.

The store is cute. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. I ordered some specialty sugar cookies with a drawing of a hot dog that I drew. The cookies were a big hit at my daughters hot dog themed party. I'll order here again. In the store i bought a chocolate chip cookie also. It was delicious! THERE'S NO PICTURE OF THE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE. I COULDN'T WAIT TO EAT IT! DON'T JUDGE ME.

I used Cookies by Design in Fort Lauderdale for my son’s first birthday party this past weekend and was truly so impressed. I called them two days before the party because the person we ordered cookies from on Etsy never shipped our order and ghosted me and I was hoping to find a last minute solution. I spoke with Nicole who was very helpful, she gave me an email to send the information for our request and got back to me right away with details and pricing and the order was ready to be picked up Saturday morning. On top of it all, the cookies came out perfect and so adorable. I am so thankful for the team here and will definitely be using them in the future.

Thank you to the team here. They got are cookie designs in and out the same day. Crisis averted from a bad batch of cookies elsewhere but the cookies came out looking great here. Thank you everyone!

I ordered a birthday cookie cake online for delivery on a specific date as a surprise for the recipient. I am very happy with the service. It was delivered on time and it looked and I was told tasted great too. Shame I didn’t get a chance to taste it as I live abroad. I shall definitely visit the store when next I visit 😁

They DO NOT offer same day delivery even though they advertise that they do. After I ordered and paid they called to tell me no same day delivery. That is truly not OK. Communication was very rude and unhelpful. They mailed via UPS (under 20 miles from the shop) but gave me no control of the shipping - I was unable to make an address correction and although someone answered the phone at the shop they were closed and couldn’t help me. The owner then lied in an email saying she tried to call me. You can’t lie about that stuff anymore silly. No apology just lies. So disappointing.

Horrible experience and even worst customer service. I ordered cookies for my nephews birthday. It said same day delivery. There was zero communication when the cookies were not delivered the same day. Following this I called the owner many times with no answer. The following day the owner called me yelling at me! She told me it was never for sale day deliver nor was there any apology. To top it all off they looked nothing like the photo, the icing looked old. So disappointing. At least have the decency to apologize and make it right. I will NEVER be ordering from them again.

Had them make custom cookies for my daughter 's wedding and they did a incredible job. The cookies were beautiful and a big hit. So thankful to them for helping to make her special day even better. Would definitely recommend.

Quickly delivered thank you

I recently ordered a cookie bouquet for my nephew and his wife after the birth of their first baby. I had to call in to the Ft. Lauderdale office because the online platform had a delivery glitch. James was fantastic! He told me to go ahead and place the order online and he would make sure it got delivered on the correct day. When the order somehow got misplaced, James went out of his way to obtain the information from me over the phone and to ensure that the delivery went out as initially requested. The delivery guy, David, was also wonderful! He called to make sure he had the correct name, and later texted me to let me know the delivery had been successful. I was very impressed with this team!

Georgie (owner) was friendly, professional & prompt when I emailed about an order I placed that wasn’t delivered when promised. It was not her fault; however, she still offered to refund my shipping fees. UPS delivered the following day, and the cookies were exactly what I had ordered. Small businesses depend on external delivery services, and I support small businesses, so I advised her not to refund the delivery fee, since it did arrive.
