I recently ordered a cookie bouquet for my nephew and his wife after the birth of their first baby. I had to call in to the Ft. Lauderdale office because the online platform had a delivery glitch. James was fantastic! He told me to go ahead and place the order online and he would make sure it got delivered on the correct day. When the order somehow got misplaced, James went out of his way to obtain the information from me over the phone and to ensure that the delivery went...
Georgie (owner) was friendly, professional & prompt when I emailed about an order I placed that wasn’t delivered when promised. It was not her fault; however, she still offered to refund my shipping fees. UPS delivered the following day, and the cookies were exactly what I had ordered. Small businesses depend on external delivery services, and I support small businesses, so I advised her not to refund the delivery fee, since it did arrive.
