We had an amazing last supper at CH FTL. This location and the amazing staff here will be missed. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone here, the food, and all the memories made. Cooper's Hawk Fort Lauderdale was the most special location.
It was the last night of this location and our wait person clearly had signed off as she spent more time visiting at another table. Our bottle of white wine served at the table was room temp. We got the same bottle to take home and it was chilled. Overall this was still my favorite location and I always had great service for 3 years - too bad the last experience was not a good one from the server. The food was fantastic.
Everything was fabulous. Unfortunately, this site will be closing on May 31 due to the mall leasing company unwilling to renew the lease. We enjoyed this restauant many times over tge years it was here. We will miss it. It is the nicest of all the Coopers Hawk in Broward County.
we are very upset that this location is closing down. As a matter of fact, we might cancel our membership because we have tried coconut Creek and it does not compare to this location.
Britney the bartender/server is always our favorite. She's very attentive and goes the extra mile. Sharonda in the tasting room is the best. We love coming to Cooper's Hawk Fort Lauderdale and are so sad to hear it's closing. We will miss it so much.
The bartender, Marcos, was great and gave us fantastic service. The salted caramel creme’ brûlée was amazing. I would go back there anytime.

Had a great experience as usual at Coopers Hawk with Sabine as our server in the bar area. She was very nice with great recommendations. We split a bottle of the Super Tuscan and two appetizers as our dinner, the chicken lettuce wraps and the egg rolls, Both were delicious. I appreciated her attentiveness throughout our dining experience. Will definitely be visiting again!

We had the absolute pleasure of visiting this restaurant on our vacation. We were seated quickly and treated like royalty. The food was cooked absolutely perfectly and we had zero complaints, truly one of the best ran restaurants we’ve been at. The highlight and main reason for my raving review is because of the general manager, Ernesto. I’ve never felt so at home at a restaurant! He came by to check on the overall experience and was such a delight. He had such a warm personality and made our entire night. He took so much pride in his expectations of the restaurant and stopped at nothing to make sure our visit was Michelin star rated. We are frequent visitors and I can promise that we will be sure to call in just to verify he will be there during our visit next time! If I could rate 10 stars I absolutely would, thanks to him.

First time visiting this location and it was absolutely amazing! Ernesto was the manager and he introduced himself and he was so kind and attentive. The food was delicious and my friends will deff be returning. The perfect night out!

I’ve been a Coopers Hawk wine club member for about 8 years. This was our first time at the Galleria location since we usually go to Pembroke Pines or Dania.The place wasn’t busy and service was amazing. Our server was Ty - and she was absolutely wonderful.If you’re looking for a more intimate dinner experience with good wine - definitely check out this location and ask for Ty.We ordered our usual - the cheese platter appetizer. For a main course; I decided to change it up and try something new - I ordered the soy ginger glazed salmon and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked, served with a side of their Asian slaw which is my favorite!

My husband and I finally decided to try Cooper's Hawk and WOW! The service was top notch and the food was impeccable! Ernesto made our experience feel like a Michelin star restaurant!!!My hubby and I loved him!!! I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu. 10/10! Highly recommended, but you MUST ask for Ernesto!!

I have been to many Cooper's Hawk locations mostly the one in coconut creek. My best friend brought me to this location at the Galleria mall and it was amazing. The wine tasting was better because there was a little bit less people but what set it aside was the fact that the general manager I believe his name was Ernesto made sure that your dining experience was the best he not only checked on our table multiple times but just made the experience that much more enjoyable that even management cared about just a regular customer dining in their restaurant. It goes without saying that this location will probably be my new favorite due to the attention that management paid to my friend and I.
