This was an experience, food was so good, service for a "buffet" style situation was so attentive (dude from the bronx was great). Crab claws, crab legs, coconut macaroons, lamb (ok), waffle, omelet, unlimited mimosas, coffee, (trying to remember all we ate), it was alll good. The other diners were so nice, great conversations. They held our luggage at the front b/c it was out checkout day, so kind. It's worth it, I'd do it again if in the area.

An expensive delight! Our steaks were delicious, and grilled mushrooms very good too. Our server was very attentive and professional and made my dining companion and me feel very well taken care of.

The food was delicious! French onion soup, escargots, beef tartare, crab cakes and Filet Mignon bone in. A beautiful Spanish red wine to complement. The service was impeccable. Our personal server Timothy was superb. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW. The food was excellent and the service was the best I have seen in years anywhere... Everyone was attentive.. Smiling.. Made us feel like they were there for us! My wife and I are still taking about it. Great Job!!

What a joyous place for a date night! We were treated splendidly by our charismatic server, had incredible food, and were treated to a talented duet.
Everything was superb. We began with a French onion soup with a legendary cheese pull. My girl had a filet mignon cooked rare and I had the sea bass. I savored every bite! We finished the meal with a delectable crème brûlée, which was such a treat.
Two beers and a smoking old fashioned later and we'd run up a bill of about $250. Definitely worth it for such a memorable time!

Council Oak offered a remarkable dining experience with its excellent service, superb food, and charming atmosphere. Eddie, our server, went above and beyond, providing insightful recommendations and impressing us with a delightful dessert tray at the end of our meal. The steaks were juicy, the fish was cooked to perfection, and the bacon-wrapped scallops were simply mouthwatering. The octopus was also among the best I've ever had. Overall, it was an unforgettable meal that truly met all my expectations.

When one goes to such a fine establishment for dining, it’s always about the steaks. I loved my steak. The bone-in filet mignon was nicely charred on the outside and so tender and flavorable on the inside. One can never have enough caviar; and it was delicious. If you are a mushroom lover, you will love their mushrooms. I appreciate a place where there is a baked potato and not just mash or fries. I was not a fan of their chopped salad nor their chimichurri sauce, both lacked flavor and were rather uninteresting. Their NY Cheesecake is AMAZING! (Nice density, not too sugary nor too creamy.) The sliced A5 Ribeye Wagyu beef has the right ratio of marbling of meat and fat—-so buttery, so so delicious…

Loooved! Porterhouse steak was like butter so tender and juicy. Live music was great they had such an uplifting energy. Service food and atmosphere on point. Oh and the asparagus with hollandaise sauce I highly recommend. Yummy and nice portion size. We will be back :)

Great Experience
Came for brunch had some reservation issues but Abby made sure that we were well taken care of. Abby was super helpful, very articulate and efficient there’s not enough stars to give her for her service can’t wait to return this entire staff was helpful and the FOOOD WAS AMAZING
