The deserts have zero complaints! Well one time the employee did not turn over the blizzard to hand it to me which is a big deal with them, not with me. The reason I mentioned it is because she had a new employee training make my blizzard and it was made wrong and she knew it would fall right out of the cup. I didn't say anything but if she knew it was not made to standard, it should have been remade. The hot food is nothing to be excited about or crave but who goes to Dairy...

Will just visit Wilton manor location I asked for brownie extreme blizzard and ended up with two silk pies. Have received okay orders before but really getting tired of being disappointed by melting ice cream as I’m being served it….

I have been coming to this location for years. I used to bring my Mom for a chocolate dipped cone. I think they have a case of “increase prices and decrease quality”. My favorite thing is the Peanut Buster Parfait. I had not had one in a while so I decided to stop at the drive through to get one. I brought it home and realized it was made incorrectly. There is supposed to be fudge and WHOLE peanuts on the bottom, in the middle and on top. There were no whole peanuts at...
