Unfortunately we were not able to even try the cakes, which appear to be amazing. After fantastic communication initially, and being really excited to try them- once the deposit was paid it took days to get a contract (not sent from the company email listed), we could not get confirmation the deposit was received, I set up an appointment to speak about the details of the 2 cakes ordered and my calls (which go directly to a voicemail with a full voice mailbox) and texts went unanswered...read full review
I had the pleasure of ordering a cake and I have to say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The cake was not only visually stunning, but the flavor was out of this world! The layers were perfectly moist, and the frosting was smooth and delicious without being too sweet.
I also have to mention the fantastic customer service – friendly, attentive, and ensuring that every detail of my order was perfect.
