I have ordered the pizza and there was late delivery 1:00 hours and basically no cheese on the pizza and the pizza was cold

The food was fresh and good, but the customer service is horrible. They gave my whole order away by not paying attention to what they were doing. They were loud and playing too much and when people called in to order they just placed them on hold until the customer hung up. I waited over and hour for a personal pizza.
We ordered through the app at 5:33 for ASAP pickup for a party. Nothing crazy, just a pretty simple pizza order. Around 5:45, the app said the order was ready, but I didn’t actually get the pizzas until around 6:26.
Normally I wouldn’t leave a negative review over a one-time issue, but this is the second time in a row this has happened. If the app says the order is ready, I shouldn’t still be waiting another 30+ minutes to get it. Definitely an opportunity...read full review
