Today I had the most horrible experience with this person. This gentleman working in the front desk was completely out of line. I was staying in my grandmother’s residence and this person didn’t let me go inside because he said I wasn’t a residence. The worst moment was that he sent me to another residence pretending that I was wrong.

Never heard of this company or apartment, but they started sending me junk mail and that will earn a 1-Star review from me everyday of the week!

The food wasn't as good as I expected it to be, especially for the price, BUT the service was exceptional from every single member of staff. Also the manager was constantly present, which I thought was excellent.

I waited an unreasonable 55 minutes for my grilled chicken gyros, and when it was finally served, the food was cold. Additionally, I ordered a lemon drop martini, which was of such poor quality that I had to return it. I then requested a lychee martini, which was marginally better; however, my bartender failed to include the lychee fruit. When I inquired about it, he claimed there was none available, despite my seeing him make another lychee martini with the fruit and then hiding the bottle under the sink.

Our server Frank was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The crispy rice and octopus were delicious and we highly recommend. Great ambiance, delicious food and excellent service.

Dune is ALWAYS fantastic. We stopped in after 8 for a drink and something light. Anderson suggested the Lemon Crab Risotto for us to split. He was spot on it was GREAT! We love Dune!

Dune impresses once again. Our server Frank was excellent - professional and attentive. Every dish was delicious from the mezze plate, to the tuna crispy rice, to the lobster fra diavolo. We'll definitely be back for more!

Parking $9, walked inside beautiful entryway and there was no hostess. Waited about 5 minutes until hostess appeared. First table suggested not acceptable, second better. water $10, octopus good not great. Pasta and lobster dish francisco disappointing, not spicy (1/5). Waitress was v good and had excellent knowledge of the menu. $10 for bottled water a bit high. Opinion from this foodie: over rated!

out door music was way to loud for a brunch. It's a beautiful restaurant with a beautiful view, but we could barely speak above the music outside trying to have brunch. I believe that after halfway through our dinner, someone complained because we didn't and the music went down, but it's unacceptable when you can't dine and speak to the person that was literally sitting 2 feet from you.

Bert is one of the best assets this restaurant could ever have, some of the food was not particularly prepared to our liking however we would without a doubt recommend and revisit thanks to his over the top outstanding customer service.

Very nicely designed inside and out, clean as well. That said, the food was subpar for the price. My wife had the snapper and it was rather bland. I had the veal and it was chewy and under seasoned as well. Service was again, average at best and rather subpar. Overall we weren't thrilled. If anything, it may be a much better place to go for happy hour and enjoy the scenery but would not recommend for dinner.

I would say this was a very nice dinner in a very nice place. Our only complaint is a two dollar charge per person for extra bread ordered. we were a table of six and having ordered drinks, a bottle of wine, appetizers, entrées, and dessert (the baked Alaska), it's a little tacky to charge for extra bread.
