the service is great & normally my coffee is very good
The service this morning was horrendous. The lady who took my order at the drive through and the young lady at the window were very rude and unprofessional. I was never asked what doughnuts I wanted or if I wanted them assorted. When I go around to the window the lady handed me my bag. At this time I asked if I could choose the doughnuts of my liking and was immediately given and I do know with a blank stare. I said I have never been not able to choose.
