Unfortunately, I'm so sad to say this, however, I really think that Corporate needs to know. I have been coming to this location since the day it opened. it has always been great until lately. I have pictures of trash on the floor at 10 am. the donut cart still full and people working off of it at 10am. spills all over the ground in the back as well as out front. About 7 weeks ago I placed a drive thru order via the Dunkin’ app. When I arrived at the order area I was told they did not have the item I ordered. When I got to the pickup window no one was there. I the drove away and saw the girl outside delivering an order to a parked car. When I got home I called to make sure they were crediting my credit card. The manager advised me they could as I would need to contact the people who run the app, as it is a separate company. After hours...read full review
