This Dunkin is right by my house and I come here quite often. This morning I ordered a small latte and received my ordered drink via the drive thru. I drove to my office to find out that they gave me hot milk. After looking at all of the reviews I was shocked to see how this dunkin has been operating. I don’t blame the workers bc obviously they have not been trained and motivated to provide good service.
