Roasted sirloin burger was all grizzle. Inedible. Coconut shrimp seemed premade out of a box from the supermarket. Expected more from a Hilton

Drinks were okay. Nachos are canned cheese. We added chicken for $7 and you can see in photo how much you get (def prepackaged chicken). Also beware of tip - see receipt

If you’re looking for a hotel close to the port and airport this is in a great location. If you are looking for customer service, cleanliness, good food this is not it. We stayed here 2 nights before our cruise and one night after. We had reservations for shuttle transfer and there was a miscommunication with the hotel saying we did not have shuttle transfer. We ended up having to get a rental car. We checked into the hotel and we in fact did have shuttle transfer. We asked if we could transfer it to when we had to go home and they told us it was non refundable so we had to pay $55 to go 4miles to the airport since we had kids and Uber wouldn’t take us. The food is not great, the rooms are very dated and cleanliness is not awesome. We love Embassy Suites usually but this one was terrible.

The restaurant is located inside the hotel. It is just next to the entrance and bathrooms. I think it is the only restaurant inside this hotel. It is a big place with a bar inside. It has a sitting area indoors and another towards the little oasis that is technically covered and air-conditioned, but it feels like an outdoor area because of all the plants and natural light this place has. It is nice. The restaurant has a small, simple menu. Is like a good place for lunch. I got the pepperoni pizza. It was good. I liked the crust. I had it to go. The staff was very friendly. The place was not so crowded. I thought the service was good. It is in a great location the surrounding view is beautiful. I was happy with my purchase.

So from the getgo the staff is awesome! The food is fantastic and not overpriced. If you come in for dinner, you have to ask for Phil. If you are just dropping in for a drink, see Mrs. Simona at the bar as she is fantastic! I have been here enough that I have had just about everything on the menu, and it's all good.

This place is great. I’ve visited for three days and went there every day. The food was awesome. The beer was very cold. And my bartender Simona was absolutely the best ever!

This was an unexpected bright spot of our anniversary trip... Host was super friendly and hospitable. Waitress was personable, cheery, and attentive. The food was great (grilled fish sandwich and vegetarian pizza) and the drinks were free with vouchers from the hotel. Glad we made the choice to stay put for dinner ?

The restaurant at the Emabasy Suites in Ft Lauderdale is also in charge of breakfast. Breakfast is amazing, one of the best I’ve had. Lots of options and the service is very well organized. Omelette safe delicious.

First off, the hours are posted inconsistently in many different places - in various areas of the hotel, on their web site, informational sites such as this. The bar staff was rude, the manager not much better. The “manager’s reception” had little to offer in the way of drinks, and the food was a bowl of potato chips, and a bowl each of cauliflower and broccoli - both of which were soft and aged. Overall, the Embassy brand has gone downhill quite a bit in recent years, and it’s reflected everywhere in the 17th Street location. We will not be returning.

Cold food, basic bar fare, terrible service. We did not realize what time it closed and while we were sitting there in mid conversation they just shut the lights out. Wouldn't
