The two ladies who work there in the morning are very nice. However, this location is constantly out of stock of almost everything and the owner/management needs to stay on top of their inventory.

Lazy employees. They run out of bagels early because they can’t be bothered to make an appropriate amount each morning. Try to rush you through because they want to go back to whatever they’re listening to on the AirPods they have on while serving you. Skip this place. They’re are are much better bagel spots in the area.

My cousin and I came into Einstein Bagels like 10 minutes before closing, and honestly, I thought we’d just grab something real quick and head out. But Alex?? He completely changed the vibe.

He was SO helpful, so patient, and just good energy. He didn’t rush us at all—in fact, he walked us through the menu, explained everything so clearly, and even suggested things I didn’t know I needed… but ended up loving! Seriously who does that 10 min before closing?! You can tell he actually cares about his customers having a great experience!

I usually don’t come across customer service like that, nor do I expect it at the end of a long day! I promise you, we were are smiles feeling like we got exactly what we needed and then some! I hadn’t been to Einstein all year and now I’ll actually look forward to coming back. Thank you, Alex! You made a regular breakfast run feel like a real treat. Be back soon!

If you order a drink they give you an amazing Hash brown, like nothing we have ever had! Spectacular.

I come 1-2 times a week for my maple house sandwich and y'all don’t disappoint. Alex the manager is AMAZING!! So is the manager lady with the Locs! Good vibes and good sandwiches! Food always fresh!

Hot coffee and a six cheese bagel with scallion and chive toasted perfectly was a taste of heaven in a bagel. Counter service was excellent, attentive and courteous. *The restaurant definitely needs an upgrade*

The kitchen staff could learn how to communicate without screaming at each other.
