“I love the food, very fresh and delicious. I have become a regular customer, average 3 times a week. I have been asking for more beans than rice because I’m on a GLP1 and the beans are better for me than the rice. That seems to be an issue for whatever reason. It always seems to be a bit or miss. I’m also charged a different amount almost every time I go…???
My only real complaint is that if you want the skin that is COOKED on the breast, you have to pay for it!!! I asked the owner what they do with it, and he told me that it gets thrown out!! What?!?! Why not give it to the customer since it is a part of the chicken?? Can you imagine going to a restaurant and being told that you have to pay for the skin?? It’s almost enough reason to not go back. It’s simply the point of the matter. My main reason for the 4 stars.

“I went in to this location with bags to go to the laundry mat. I love taco bell. I asked the lady manager who took my order if i could have some change back in quarters... She rolled her eyes felt put out and said only a dollar as she broke a ten dollar roll. All i said was 3 dollars would b great if not no worries. So as i waited for my order i rinsed my personal bottle out w a swish of water and then grabbed my tea cup i also put ice n water in it. I went back to my table decided to put ice in my personal bottle and add more water to it The machine was off The lady was looking at me funny and and I asked the machine is off could I put some water in this she said as she looked at my table with my teacup will you just put mountain dew in that cup so I walked over to the table I grabbed my cup I brought it over to her and showed her my two lemon lift tea bags and the water in my cup she then acted rudely and stated that I could have some water and gave me a cup the size for a toddler with attitude as well so I decided to go back to the table and just relax when my food order was ready I went up grabbed my food I had paid I think $0.20 or so for the Verde salsa it was not on there she could not find the receipt I threw my receipt away and she felt put out to put Verde salsa as well I was wanting not to say anything but I decided to tell her that I think it was rude that she was profiling me because of the situation how I came in the way I was treated Customer service was ridiculous I felt like she thought she was better than me and that I was a nuisance to her“

What great food. It was made to order, so no tired or reheated food. For dinner we had Fried Chicken with Tajadas and for breakfast we had K-Tracho breakfast.

“Normally I never eat at any fast food restaurants however this day if I'm not mistaken at this location I ordered something off of their dollar value menu. I'm fairly certain I ordered some sort of burger and Fry. A lot of times the fries are simply not that good because they've been sitting too long. Oftentimes if you don't eat fast food very much you forget in between the times and then when you go to order it you realize once you have it in your hand you should have asked for mayonnaise ketchup only or whatever it might be. However the gentleman taking my order was so lovely and the food came out warm juicy and the fries were not lukewarm though they weren't hot which would have been preferable they weren't too old. This kind of thing happens don't be afraid to ask for some brand new french fries anytime you go through a line they are always happy to drop some fries for you. The question is how would I describe the value for money- I would really prefer not to answer that it would not be a positive review. We have gotten away from what real value is in fast food restaurants. It's the food itself and how that food if it is real food is put together and served. The bar is fairly low“

“What an awesome place just a quick walk from my hotel. I got there just in time for the lunch special. 1/2 chicken with rice, beans and banana along with a cola. I added an empanada. Even with a tip it was less than 20 bucks! Delicious moist, flavorful chicken with crispy skin. Bananas were yummy. The salsa bar has a variety of choices. I tried several. They were very good. Fast, friendly service served cafeteria style. Leave your tray and plate on the table when you go. They'll clean it up for you. I wanted to try the rice pudding for dessert but I was so stuffed I got a to go box when I left to walk back to the hotel. I only gave a star on atmosphere because of the neighborhood. It was in a dirty area. Atmosphere inside was comfortable, relaxed and homey. I'll be back!“
