Legit old school BBQ joint. Brisket/Burnt Ends/Ribs were all on point. 100% will be back next time in town.

First Time Coming Here, Soon As I Walk In People Who's Not Waiting On Food Just Sitting Looking At You Not Welcoming. Nobody's Up Front Just A Kiosk Where You Place Your Order. Only Good Thing Food Was Done In About 6-7 Minutes. Drinks Are Over Priced I Paid 3.45 For A 12 Oz Cup Maybe Even Less. The Tea Sitting Up There Questionable Had Crumbs On The Lid. My Food, The Brisket Was Crumbling & Dry Had To Eat It With Sauce. Ribs Had A Lighter Fluid Taste That Hits First, Not Really Smokey But Pass That Its Seasoned Well & The Collard Greens Have This Taste I Can't Put My Finger On Had To Come Home & Add Alot Of Hot Sauce It Was Seasoned Well Also But Too Many Stems Inside Tho. Mac Was Okay Had To Add Some Bbq Sauce To It.

The services was absolutely horrible. I asked for three cups after paying almost $65 thinking it comes with the meals. After 15 minutes the young lady asked for cups back indicating it doesn’t come with the meals. So she threw the cups away, after we were drinking from them while waiting for our food. and gave us water cups. The chicken we order wasn’t cooked good. The baked beans had a lot of brown sugar in it. The macaroni and cheese were just awful. First time going and I would never go back.

I walked in and placed my order at the kiosk and it took 35 minutes to receive the order and there were only two other people in the restaurant eating.
20 minutes after I placed the order, I went up to the girl at the counter to ask her about my order and she just had a bad attitude and seemed like she just didn’t want to be there.
When I finally received my food, the burnt ends were delicious, but the the slow service in the bad attitude left a bad taste in my mouth.
Another couple came in after me and ended up leaving as I was leaving and also complained about the girl’s bad attitude. They didn’t even place their order and said they’re just gonna go somewhere else.
Too bad. The food was good.

I enjoyed the burnt ends and corn nuggets. A few pieces of the burnt ends had more fat than I prefer, but still tasted great and I had enough meat for my sandwich. My sister said the ribs, collards and yams were delicious.

The only issue is the cleanliness of the dining area. We had to clean the tables which looked like they had not been wiped down in quite a while. The floors were sticky and there was food on the floor. Their other location was much cleaner. They should invest in a robot mop/vacuum combo and install a disposable sanitizing wipe dispenser like at the grocery store if they don't have enough staff to tend to the dining area.

Great local spot. The meat was great, but the real highlight was the beans and fries.

I really hate how no one has recommended this place to me before, The amount of times i have been craving Good BBQ, iv always gone somewhere else, but was never as satisfied as i was after eating here. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking GREAT BBQ.

Wow! Excellent service and even better food!! The burnt ends were AMAZING as was the chicken sandwich! Also, their sauces were delicious. Best I’ve had. Very friendly staff. Will absolutely be back!!

This was the best brisket I’ve had in at least 10 years. It was soft. It fell apart. It was tender. It was juicy. It was everything you wanted it to be.

I only got to eat here once, but it made an impression. I had the brisket and the collard greens, and both were excellent. I judge a place by its greens, and these told me the kitchen is legit. The brisket was tender, smoky, juicy, and had the crust I’m always looking for. Even the sauces were on point.

So been seeing a lot online about this place was in area decided to try it. Most run down places are the best. And the food here did not disappoint. Real bbq smoked food. Delicious. However if you are looking for good service and a place being clean lol. DO NOT GO HERE. Floors were sticky . Had to ask them to wipe a table. Wasn’t very busy and the staff wasn’t responsive to customers. Again food was amazing. But service sucked.
