My first time trying their food and I must say my experience was AMAZING Tracy was my server and she was extremely nice to me she even put me on to something new lol this is a must try place and not to mention their food was PERFECTO I will be coming back for more and if you come here let Tracy know she's the best...

Best Caribbean restaurant in the pompano/Ft Lauderdale area. Authentic flavor and GET TO THE SOUP BEFORE 3 PM...YAH Mon... Me and my brother came down and lived off Flavors during our stay on vacation. The three ladies including the Owner were THE BEST...IRE!!!!!

Idk if she an employee or owner but regardless sitting bare foot at a table where people posed to eat at and trying to noise battle the customer that paid for their food/right to use the resturant to eat said purchased food is crazy. Im failing to understand why it was ok to sit there and try to sing over the conversation I had? You came her to work, not sit in quiet all day. Idk if the tables are for decoration?? Maybe i missed that. Yall gotta better your customer service because that experience wast it.

We stopped by Michelle Flavors Caribbean and were instantly welcomed like family. I had the oxtail with rice and beans, plus steamed vegetables — and let me just say, every bite was packed with rich, slow-cooked flavor. The oxtails were tender and deeply seasoned, the veggies were fresh, and the rice tied everything together perfectly.

My husband ordered the jerk chicken with beef and rice. They had just run out of jerk chicken — but instead of turning us away or substituting, they cooked fresh jerk chicken for him on the spot. That alone says everything about their customer care. They made sure he got exactly what he wanted, no shortcuts.

They also carry an impressive selection of natural fruit juices, including Irish Moss, Carrot Juice, and other traditional Caribbean options. You’ll also find all-soy sauce and other small touches that make the meal feel authentic and intentional.

This is by far one of the best caribbean restaurants that have been to and truly enjoyed a taste of great Jamaican breakfast! Indicative of the attention and care marinated in every detail! 💯🥰
