The worst falafel I ever eat, externally over fried, oily and hard as a rock. Never again.

Just moved to Luady. Walked by, but found it because of the smell. First experience: I walked in, met Tomer, and he suggested falafel and shawarma, "hit me with it Tomer!"
Dude. It was amazing. Tomer has a big heart. If your going to spend money, it feels good spending it there.
Thank you Tomer.
One Love, Jason ??

While vacationing in Florida this past week, I was told to check out the Friendship Grill in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You see unlike most upscale restaurants I visit, this one was very homey, with the authentic Israeli experience. You see the staff at the Friendship Grill are special needs children from Chabad’s Friendship Circle organization. These special children learn life skills, make friends, and are made to feel like they are a part of functioning society. It was for that reason that we drove out from Boyton Beach over 45min away. While the children only work there and in the Friendship Café next door from morning till 3pm, the place was full of pictures and information about the children. There was even a big screen with photos and captions as well as videos showing them off. The man behind the grill and fryer, Tomer, a native Israeli, was telling us about how the kids help prep the food, stock the fridge and even take turns manning the cash register. Frankly, it was very inspiring. Tomer loaded our table up with the works. Plenty of piping hot pita bread, dips and salatim including; Carrot Salad, Beet Salad, Eggplant, Matbucha, Cole Slaw, and plenty of Chummus. Naturally we tried everything from the Falafel to the Shwarma and Schnitzel . We also got some delicious fries and sweet potato fries. Behind the restaurant is the Chabad House and Judacia Store. The food was really good and filling. The Falafel, crispy and golden brown on the outside and yummy, fragrant, and green on the inside. The turkey shwarma was juicy and soft, perfect when paired with some pita and chummus. For those that don’t want bread, they even had some rice and wrap sandwich. The schnitzel was really good. Crispy on the outside and buttery on the inside. Honestly, we couldn’t finish all the food. There was so much variety! It’s a great place to eat and even better place to support. Visit Tomer and tell him Yossi sent you.

Delicious food. Best Mediterranean food we had in Fort Lauderdale. We got multiple bowls and all of the fillings were delicious. Protein portions and sauces were generous. The beet salad and carrot salad and spicy harissa were exceptional! Highly recommend this spot. 10/10

Amazing place great service. Very highly recommended.
Tasty food, prepared quickly by the person behind the counter. I live in Israel and the taste of the food coupled with music by Eyal Golan made me feel back at home! I would definitely eat here again!

A stunning experience, a great place with a beautiful fusion as one who is addicted to shawarma and lives in Israel in Ashdod. Here it was tastier than Israel. Tomer was 100% with us. He was generous and patient even though we drove him crazy. 10/10 A place that employs children with special needs and the profit goes to their activities.
