Good deli here in Fort Lauderdale/Oakland Park. All the usual favorites. They have the fluffy bagel type which are pretty good and made fresh. I prefer a little denser bagel personally but everyone has their preference. Would definitely recommend!

Very rude waitress. Wouldn't talk to me about the menu and simply talked to my wife. Never had such a rude experience before. Food was mediocre. Crowd there was unkempt and dirty. Expensive too for just a sandwich $60 for two.

I’ve been going to Goldbergs for breakfast and lunch on a regular basis since the second week they opened. The owners, Marc and Nick along with the manager, Gary are very hands-on. No matter how busy they are, they always make me feel welcome. But more important to me they also always make my family and friends feel very welcome when I go there with them.
Starting with their coffee, which tastes better than the rest of the restaurants. The various egg styles, potatoes, and bagels are always fresh and delicious.
Their soups are always hot and flavorful. Never to watery or thick. The lunch sandwiches are always juicy and piled high. The service has always been
A+++. I consider myself to be a very polite, but I admit I’m a very needy customer . And all the servers are always very accommodating . They seem to work very well together as a team. Although Wendy is my regular and favorite server. She always knows and remembers all of my quirky requests. I highly recommend you go for breakfast or lunch or both.

I don’t throw the word iconic around lightly, but Goldberg’s Delicatessen & Bagels honestly deserves it. This place is the kind of neighborhood gem that reminds you what real, no-nonsense, made-with-love food is supposed to taste like.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel with eggs, cheese, and meat, plus a side of hash browns, and let me tell you – this was not just breakfast, this was an experience. The bagel alone was perfection: crispy on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside, loaded with seasoning, and clearly baked by people who actually care about their craft. None of that sad grocery store bagel energy here.

The sandwich was stacked, hearty, and unapologetically generous. Fluffy eggs, perfectly melted cheese, and savory layers that all came together like a warm, comforting hug in food form. You can taste the quality in every single bite – it’s the kind of meal that makes you slow down and actually enjoy your morning.

And the hash browns? Golden, crispy, and seasoned just right. Not greasy, not bland – just that ideal crunchy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside situation that most places try and fail to pull off.

Beyond the food, the whole vibe just feels right. Casual, welcoming, authentic – like a classic deli should be. You can tell this is a place built on tradition, consistency, and pride.

If you want a real deal bagel sandwich done the way it’s supposed to be done, Goldberg’s is the spot. I walked in hungry and walked out borderline emotional about how good it was.
