Ft Lauderdale is one of my favorite places on Earth and I’m glad this place got the renew it needed. I travel often for work and layovers are a task to keep things in grace if needed. Golden bear used to be my first go to but felt a little ehh last couple times around. But I came back and wow, what a change. Food was prompt , burger tasted great , service was cordial. Even a manger came by with a smile and greeted people. Glad I came back to my normal spot.
I told Lynne the bartender to make me a sweet drink and she made the BEST surprise! She calls it the vacation drink and I 100% recommend allowing her to make this for you!! It’s an off the menu drink!? it’s a sweet pineapple tropical tasting drink.
We had an early flight out of FLL and came upon Golden Bear. We sat at the bar with Lynne as our bartender. Her attention to all her customers was fantastic. She was extremely friendly and attentive to all our needs.
