I remember a few years ago when the new owner took it over and you could tell they really want to provide the best food and service.
The lower end items, tacos and quesadilla are ok... (I am from LA. So I know Mexican food).
So don't let that stop you from going there. They excel at the main dishes! I had the TAMPIQUENA - a grilled steak dish and it was like Wow!! So be adventurous and try a new main dish.

It was more than I expected me and my friend were just trying to find some quick authentic food, and it turned out to be amazing! I got the shrimp tacos and my friend got al pastor tacos and they were so good! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
The music was nice and they have a flower wall that's really cute and Our waiter was so pleasant!

Just visited today and everything was fantastic. The food was amazing, and the service was even better. We ordered the Chicken Mole and the Chicken Chimichanga with Green Sauce — both were incredibly fresh and authentic, just like what you’d find in Mexico.

Our server, Raul, truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. After dealing with a screaming child at the table next to us, he surprised us with an order of churros, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Even though the restaurant was very busy (which is no surprise considering how delicious the food is), he handled everything flawlessly. He was juggling multiple tables, running food, and bussing tables, yet still made us feel like the most important guests there.

The prices were very reasonable, and the homemade tortillas were outstanding — you could actually smell the fresh corn when they arrived at the table. Absolutely delicious.

Can’t say enough good things about Raul and the entire experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I don't normally leave reviews but this place needs some criticism. The food took too long and when it came, several things were missing. There was a family behind us with a STRONG crying baby, it wasn't fun.

I don’t understand why this restaurant was not packed full of people. The food is fantastic. The outdoor table was cute. The server was so attentive and kind. I highly recommend the Birria tacos, and my boyfriend was loving the steak dinner. I can’t wait to come back.

I have driven past here many many times and have always wanted to stop but just never had the time. I glad I made time though! The food was amazing and well as the service. Damis (I believe was her name) was very sweet and conversational. I was dining alone and sat at bar and we just chatted the entire time. I will definitely be back!
