The worst experience. A place that has such a good breakfast, and the poor hygiene there, the bathroom super dirty. The person who served me, was smoking outside, came in and without washing his hands began to serve, all over the food he brought. When the food arrived, the tbone was very hard. The worst thing was the dirtiness there.

the atmosphere was a bit uncomfortable with servers and cooks yelling across the restaurant with obscenities at each other. Service was poor for the little amount of patrons in the restaurant. Food was cooked to order and was really the only good part of the visit, however still subpar. Would recommend if you're looking for something to eat and killing time as 2 orders of bacon and a side of hash browns took over 30 minutes to receive.

This one is not it boys. Avoid this location or risk it ruining your concept of Ihop.
Our waitress seemed completely annoyed by our questions, didn't offer water, and disappeared after quickly bringing our check.
If that wasn't enough, my mother-in-law found something that looked like a larva in between her hash browns.
I'm embarrassed and had to apologize for bringing my family to this particular restaurant.

Horrible service. Business was empty and the lady server with red and green hair acted like she was being bothered to serve my family. After being seated we waited 15 min to be served no one came to take our order so we left.
Updated: Tues 1/14/2025 ... I was very disappointed with the food . Pancakes and French toast were cold. Eggs are not cooked all the way and cold. Juan at least did the best at accommodating what he could because we can't blame him for what the cook does. They need a NEW COOK!

I honestly only visit this location when I go for car service at the nearby dealership. The restaurant needs to be updated. The customer service is good and they workers are pleasant but my food was cold. I ordered salmon, potatoes, and broccoli. The potatoes were cold and mushy like texture, if that makes sense. From that, I did not want to order anything else due to my disappointment with the meal. I wanted the milkshake, but the waiter informed me that they had run out of Carmel or something, so I couldn't order it. Also, the coffee creamers aren't flavored. The sugar packets were not many. My entire experience was a bomber.
There were not enough napkins provided. I kept having to ask for napkins. The place is just outdated. The dust in the window panes made me a little disgusted as well. I stayed bc my two daughters ordered and wanted to have breakfast since our car was being serviced, and we had a little wait time. Other than that, I would not recommend it, and I will not be eager to revisit.
Parking: Many stores in the Plaza, parking is full , so finding parking spots available may be difficult.
