I told my server I was deathly allergic to tomatoes and when my bacon omelette came it had lots on it and I reminded her again how allergic I was and she apologized saying she thought she said no tomatoes then came back 2 minutes later with a new omelette later I found a couple more tomatoes in my omelette I then began to panic because I knew I’d have a allergic reaction she then says maybe next time I can get a discount and the cook says she never told him I had an allergy she’s evil and very stupid because now I want to sue her big back ugly wig self

After going inside and standing at the front by the cash register, none of the staff acknowledged I was there. After standing there for about 5 minutes, someone finally said "I'll be right with you". You must do better. I understand business may get busy, but eyes must be on the front at all times. This instance happened 2 separate times with me. And once with my friend who went today.

Horrible under staffed only 2 servers long line of people waiting just to be seated management needs to do better. I feel bad for the severs not their fault
Stopped by to grab breakfast with my daughter because she insisted and loves IHOP. We didn’t wait long to be seated even though the restaurant was busy. After being seated we waited for menus which never came after about 10mins. To our surprise a Caucasian duo came and sat next to us and was given menus immediately!!! They were offered tea etc; while we sat still waiting to meet our server. We got up and left!Will never return to this IHOP.

Manager Christina was very unprofessional and rude. She is my ex’s friend. My ex called the police and lied and they took my ex to jail. I’m trying to sneak andBuy food before Christina comes in and she pulls up and calls police to try and get arrested. I’m definitely looking forward to speaking with the higher ups . Don’t eat here period.
