I wish I was able to give this IHOP 3.5 stars because I think it TRULY is between a three and a four. Please note that I visited this IHOP at 5:30 AM so take my comments with that fact in mind. The best part of my experience was the service. Sophia was an excellent waitress. Very attentive, quick and nice. We would like to give our waitress Sherry four stars. The finest. However, IHOP, wipe the vomit and spit off your windows. That's my fault; lousy management. The food was delicious.

After going inside and standing at the front by the cash register, none of the staff acknowledged I was there. After standing there for about 5 minutes, someone finally said "I'll be right with you". You must do better. I understand business may get busy, but eyes must be on the front at all times. This instance happened 2 separate times with me. And once with my friend who went today.
