After finishing the smoothie I noticed an object in the bottom of the cup. It was a piece of black plastic about 1/2 an inch long. My best guess is it was part of a mixing spoon or blender lid. I also then noticed many tiny pieces of plastic, some the size of a grain of rice some the size of a seed. Obviously some of the plastic was blended up in the smoothie. I have no idea how much plastic I consumed, but I obviously consumed some plastic. I contacted Jamba through an online form and called the store directly to tell them. I called the health department which payed them a visit and filed a BBB complaint. They ignored the BBB and have not reached out to me. Totally unacceptable and nasty.

The drinks were fine but service was awful. The man making the drinks was kind but the girl at the register was incredibly rude. Rude in the sense that she didn’t even say hello or make eye contact with me just stood there staring down at the desk with her AirPod on. Clearly bothered, either way you should still acknowledge customers and not make them feel uncomfortable or unwanted.

Walked to this store at 8:40PM, and they were already cleaning up but there’s still enough time to attend to customers; instead, chick decided to walk away while sipping a smoothie and turned off the lights. I asked “is there anyone to help?” The other woman that was washing didn’t even look to address the situation. There were other customers that asked me, ‘why are they closing when it’s not 9 yet?’ But I was too annoyed to respond.

Poor customer service. They act like they didn’t know what they were doing. I came in with enough time to order and call my Uber. When I ask him how much longer they looked confused and discussing they didn’t know what was made. I had to rush out of the store to get my Uber with you drink and without a refund.

The service started out nice however, the person didn’t know how to make the protein shake, he forgot to put the chocolate whey in and then it just didn’t taste good at all! The other employee tried to tell me that it’s power whey not a syrup as though I don’t know how to make a shake or never been to a Jamba Juice before! Then they forgot to make my friends drink until she ask and his response was “oh, I thought I made it”! And that shake was awful tasting too! It was just a terrible and disappointing for 4 medium drinks for $40 that were not made right! I think they need help to teach the employees the right way to make their drinks!

I gave 2 stars because of the service. I ordered 3 smoothies from uber eats for me and coworkers. They both had yogurt in theirs and I did not have it in mine. The smoothies look the same color I dont know which is which because there was no label on it and I am allergic to dairy and because of their laziness not labeling ANY OF THEM I cannot have a smoothie because if I drink the wrong one I will get extremely sick. This was my first time ordering here in like 15 years and I am extremely upset. No respect for people

I am generally a Jamba juice fan. Love it, but had a bad experience the other day. The service was slow and we were the only people in there. That wasn’t horrible. However, I ordered the chunky strawberry bowl two of them and the banana was so hard you couldn’t even cut a knife through it. It tasted like wood. Should never have used a green banana. I know that sounds silly but it’s important when your Jamba juice that the ingredients are always fresh.
