It's a stupid boring kava bar that's over priced. The service is bad not worth going to again.

I’ve been coming here for over 4 years and have always respected this place and the people who work here. But today I had a very disappointing experience. My drink was not filled properly—nowhere near the usual amount—and this wasn’t even on a 2-for-1 day. I’ve noticed lately that the quality and consistency have dropped, and there’s always pressure to buy more and more, even though the drink itself is already strong.

What concerns me even more is the behavior of some clients and new staff. People like Erick sometimes act as if this is just a casual coffee shop, showing disrespect for the actual purpose of this space. I’ve been a loyal client for years, and I’m not going to stay silent when disrespect or discrimination happens.

I’m sharing this as someone who truly appreciates this place and hopes things improve. But if this continues, it could lead to more serious legal concerns in the future. Respect, consistency, and accountability are non-negotiable.

I rarely leave reviews, but I’m really shocked by the kavatender. My friend had made it there before me and they’ve never tried kratom or kava. He told the kavatender this and was given the STRONGEST and most expensive drink on the menu - it specifically says on the menu that it’s the strongest they have. He had no idea until my friend mentioned to me that he was sampling kratom/kava and the kavatender told him no, he got the ‘boom’ drink or whatever it’s called. So inappropriate on so many levels.

This is my favorite place ever, not only because of the product but the bartenders really make this place even better!!! Such a great environment and music.

Kavasutra is an amazing place where you can be in a friendly and family environment. All the regular Kavatenders at this locations such as Adri, Sophy, Becca, Amber, Mike and Dom are the best ones. They are always on top of everything and always giving the best customer service ever. So glad to find a place like this in south FL ❤️‍🩹🍃

Love the atmosphere, excellent bartender (videsh) explain everything about kava roots, amazing experience. Different flavors, sensations and mood. Kava is really and amazing experience. You need to try kava.

Sam & Luis are the best! I wish Luis had more nights here. He is very attentive and is always in good spirits. Sam is the morning shift and his energy is always on 10. It is addicting, love his shifts, They make me want to keep coming back!

I went by to hang out after my overnight shift just to relax for a little bit. The short girl that has red hair never greeted me and I was just sitting there waiting while she finished gossiping with her friends. By the time I ordered, it had been almost 10 minutes and I just wanted to get my order and leave at this point. When I seemed a little upset for the type of service, I was given a ton of attitude. The bar is nice but I don’t think I will be coming back.
