“Wow. I walked in and wasn’t sure what to expect. And it did not disappoint. We got an Italian sub and tuna sub and shared between two adults and 2 kids. Best sandwiches we’ve ever had. The tuna was creamy, the bread was warm and perfectly soft on the inside. The Italian had so many delicious flavor combinations to be just perfect. Can’t wait to go back with our family.“

“My mom, aunt, my two daughter ages 10, 8 and I stumbled upon the Friendship Cafe just leisurely walking on our way to get back on the water taxi. The restaurant was bright and very inviting. We didn’t know how hungry we were until stepping in. I ordered for all of us to share, the Shawarma plate with falafel and six of the sides. I could have eaten them all, as there were many to choose from. I have never seen my girls enjoy a meal so much as well as my mom and aunt. I would have been able to post a picture, but they devoured it to fast, I wasn’t able to capture one. That plate was enough to feed and satisfy five bellies, it was fast, fresh, reasonably priced and served from one of the most friendly smiles we had encountered thus far in our week vacation. I highly recommend the Friendship Cafe for the delicious food, wonderful menu, friendly service and their mission. With one day left before we head home, I hope to make it back.“

“Ordered takeout for the office and it was beyond delicious! Everything was so flavorful and authentic. Probably the best shawarma place I've been to in a while. I had the grilled beef kebab bowl, and it was so good! The majadra was a novelty for me but happy I tried it. Also they're generous with their sauces and sides (classic pickled vegetables). The fries were crispy and not soggy!

“Had lunch on Monday at Yum Berry cafe in Hollywood FL and had a great meal. We were seated quickly and the staff were very nice and attentive. 2 of my kids said the sushi was excellent, one daughter had a poke bowl and one son had baked ziti which he loved.My wife said her salad was fresh, plentiful and great dressing. I had a panini which was tasty and filling.All of our meals were plentiful and fresh. We would definitely eat there again.Kosher certified by ORB.

“The pizzeria is in the back part of the restaurant. When you enter you might think you’re in the wrong place if you’re strictly looking for the pizzeria. Some might think it’s pricey but you get what you pay for, as the saying goes. Excellent and flavorful. Owner was welcoming and had that NY knack. I honestly think it’s the best pizza I’ve had in Broward.“

I went a little healthier than normal with a turkey sandwich. The turkey was fresh not processed deli meat and sliced thin! The rye bread was tasty, the tomato, lettuce and red onion were fresh, fresh and fresh!! The final touch was some mustard and this was a terrific sandwich. Accompanied by a delish coleslaw and a kosher pickle. Just perfect! My dining partner always says when at a NY style deli get the Brisket! The brisket sandwich was seasoned perfectly and not dry at all. The gravy was a delish touch that wasn't needed but so gooooood!! Even if you don't gamble, there is an easy free parking garage and quick stroll right to this restaurant!!“
