“My mom, aunt, my two daughter ages 10, 8 and I stumbled upon the Friendship Cafe just leisurely walking on our way to get back on the water taxi. The restaurant was bright and very inviting. We didn’t know how hungry we were until stepping in. I ordered for all of us to share, the Shawarma plate with falafel and six of the sides. I could have eaten them all, as there were many to choose from. I have never seen my girls enjoy a meal so much as well as my mom and aunt. I would have been able to post a picture, but they devoured it to fast, I wasn’t able to capture one. That plate was enough to feed and satisfy five bellies, it was fast, fresh, reasonably priced and served from one of the most friendly smiles we had encountered thus far in our week vacation. I highly recommend the Friendship Cafe for the delicious food, wonderful menu, friendly service and their mission. With one day left before we head home, I hope to make it back.“

“Dabush is easily the best place to get shawarma and falafel in South Florida by a long shot. The shawarma is so good and not too greasy, the bread is super fresh since they actually finish baking it in the store, and all the toppings are great. The portions are huge, they literally overstuff the pita. After you order, they offer you pretty much as many sides as you want with your food, like sautéed onions, jalapeños, pickles, and more. The staff is also incredibly nice, every single one of them. I’d definitely recommend Dabush to everyone, straight 11/10.“

The only reason i did not give a 5 star is because they include automatic tip to your bill. Tips are based on service and should not be forced, my opinion. Other than that, i enjoyed it.“

A few hours before the holiday started we realized we got one wrong dish and we called Kosher Cuisine and within minutes, hassle-free, the dish was on the way to our apartment.
