Yet another spectacular surprise on the culinary map! I consider myself incredibly fortunate to experience meals of this caliber, especially while collaborating with such phenomenal clients on exciting new projects.

Architecturally, the venue is a triumph. The design framework is visually arresting and creates an immediate sense of place.

The front-of-house execution was flawless. The staff were radiant, exceptionally attentive, and possessed a deep technical knowledge of the menu. Service pacing was immaculate—anticipatory rather than reactive.

From a menu-engineering standpoint, the balance between land and sea protein is brilliantly executed. It is inclusive enough to satisfy a discerning palate while remaining accessible to more conservative diners.

Engrossed in high-level conversation, we surrendered ordering autonomy to our server and requested a bespoke, multi-course selection. She delivered a masterclass in curation.

While the visuals speak volumes, they only hint at the palate's reality. The flavor profiles and execution were exceptional. Each dish demonstrated meticulous presentation and a level of finesse that beautifully matched the flavors. Portion scaling was precise, allowing a party of six to share comfortably with enough for a second bite.

The standout of the night was undeniably the Chilean sea bass. It was executed to absolute succulent perfection, bound by a savory glaze that masterfully elevated—rather than masked—the pristine, inherent profile of the fish.

On my next visit, I plan to explore the raw bar and precision sushi rolls. A technical note for the finish: do not skip dessert. The donuts are decadently elite.

Kuro delivers on every metric. If you stop by the bar for a high-proof, well-crafted cocktail, say hello to Marcos and let him know Nick sent you.

My boyfriend and his friends frequent Kuro and I finally had a chance to try it 4 days ago. It was absolutely incredible! I am a huge foodie and very particular when it comes sushi. They definitely have some stand out dishes like Wagyu Tacos, Hamachi appetizer with yuzu, truffle and orange, Crispy Fried RiceTuna, Salmon Appetizer, Ribeye Miso, Roasted Beef, Crispy Brussel Sprouts are just a few to boot! They have incredible drinks and the servers are always top notch. We came back tonight with a party of 5 to celebrate my daughter's birthday and everyone was impressed! Definitely try their Mochi Cake it will surprise you!

Had a great experience at kuro, Jayce the server assistant went above and beyond & took great care of me & my family also had great recommendations for food and drinks. We enjoyed everything and would recommend Kuro if ever visiting the hardrock!!

From a sushi lover who has tried quite a lot of sushi restaurants in south Florida, this one definitely takes the cake! It is evident Chef Kim is a master at his craft and the quality of each dish is unmatched.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing in every way—stylish, upscale, and unforgettable. But what truly made our experience exceptional was Cisame—hands down the best employee by far.
She went above and beyond with her sushi recommendations and completely knocked it out of the park. We even asked her to surprise us—and WOW—every dish she chose was perfect. You can tell she is incredibly seasoned at her craft. She doesn’t just serve food, she creates an experience.
Cisame has a rare gift. She makes you feel welcomed, valued, and excited about every course. Her passion, knowledge, and attention to detail truly set her apart. I write reviews often, but this one takes the sushi! 🍣😂
She is not only an outstanding server but also a teacher—guiding us through the menu effortlessly. You can also tell she leads by example with the team around her. She is truly an alpha in the restaurant industry—a diamond 💎.
