Stumbled upon this restaurant within the hard rock and I have never been happier. Between the phenomenal service provided by our server Guido and the outstanding flavor in the food we tried, I will definitely be coming back.

I had an unforgettable dining experience at this fine restaurant! Our waiter was exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service that made us feel truly valued. The manager went above and beyond, ensuring that everything was perfect for our celebration, and their hospitality was nothing short of amazing. The service overall was spectacular, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, it was simply superb—each dish was a delightful masterpiece that tantalized our taste buds. This marks my second visit, drawn by the consistently impressive dining experience. The food is delectable, and the service is exemplary. My husband and I love it, excellent recommendation if you want to eat delicious sushi or food, excellent place, very good atmosphere and beautiful place, in addition to the location within the spectacular Hard Rock Hotel in Seminole FL you have to visit it, the attention and the service is excellent.

Parking: Free parking in the multi-story parking lot of the Hard Rock hotel but they also have valet parking.

Michelin prices meet Publix quality. I was very excited for this place and have never been more disappointed in sushi.
This would be a great sushi spot if no others existed. The crispy rice and veggies tempura were soggy. Omakase was served without introduction and the fish was underwhelming. It was like the fish knew where they were headed and their sadness was reflected in the (lack of) flavor. The Toro maki was the consistency of a gummy bear without any flavor. If you've never had sushi and you want a cool Instagram photo you'll love it.
The cocktails were fantastic - they were the highlight of our trip. The atmosphere and vibes were also great.

Our waiter, Walter, was phenomenal. For my birthday my lady and I visited the restaurant while heading to the BKFC fights are the Hard Rock. Walter mentioned if we told him some of our likes he could order for us. So I said why not, let’s gamble a little since we’re at Hard Rock. Every dish he brought us was amazing. I even got a. Birthday dessert!!
Thanks again Walter. This place needs to give you a raise!!
