Kuro has the most immaculate fish, fresh, tender, dressed to perfection. The nigiri needed no alterations or soy sauce, everything was intricately and intentionally made. David curated an exceptional tasting menu and was very knowledgeable about each and every dish. Chef Jin was very hospitable and provided the utmost enjoyable experience. We have tried all the high end Japanese restaurants out there (Nobu, Zuma, Sen Sakana, etc).
Kuro is our favorite. By far.
