was really disappointed with this place. The service was extremely slow and felt totally disorganized. I waited about 30 minutes, and only then did they finally ask me what my order was — and that’s when they actually started making it. For a place that charges such high prices, I expected much better. Unfortunately, the whole experience felt incompetent and not worth the money. I won’t be coming back.

Cafe is cute but staff are very rude and it’s well over priced. First thing the lady said to me was rude and abrupt before I even opened my mouth. And it went down hill from there. Hilton you should do a better job seeing as it’s part of your hotel it’s not a good reflection of your customer care and service.

Too Slow!!!!!!! Pizza takes 30 -45 minutes. Not good process management.

Latte was so hot, had to wait 30 minutes to be able even to have a sip. You don’t have to wait at all if the coffee is good.

And at first they charged me for 2 lattes. Glad I noticed that.

The food was absolutely amazing.
And I’m a harsh food critic.
I got the roast beef sandwich. One of the best if not the best, sandwich I ever had.

We went for ice cream every night, the place offers a lot of options. Staff were friendly and nice. Thank you Erica for your help.

Attached to Hilton Beach House. Great place for coffee and grabbing a breakfast sandwich. Drinks and food is a little pricey. A bottle of Fiji water is between $6 and $9. Definitely overpriced for bottled water. Otherwise would have given 5 stars!

I paid $22 for 3 bottles of water. They set the tipping screen to an automatic 20% and do not show the no tip option as well, you have to “x” out of it and it is not intuitive. Predatory pricing and subpar service.

When being rang up, service was horrible. Acted like I was such an inconvenience to pay for an item at the store.

The beach woman that took our order was nice but the pizza is borderline scam for $37 - 12 inch. They forgot to put on the chicken topping and half the pizza slices had nothing on. Supposed to be pizza with bacon, chicken, onions, bell peppers and herb cream sauce and ricotta and asiago cheeses.

While this market does have a great atmosphere and good quick bites, the real food is INCREDIBLY overpriced and small portioned. The service is hit or miss. I didn’t get names but it seems like they are either 10/10 happy to be there or they’re annoyed with our existence.

Hazelnut chocolate ice cream is the best!
Great spot for a quick bite or dinner if you are staying at Hilton. Sandwiches, pizza, salads, adults drinks plus kids menu.
