Dinner at MAASS inside the Four Seasons last night was the perfect Fort Lauderdale evening. The weather was gorgeous and the restaurant had such a great energy, packed with a younger crowd, everyone out enjoying themselves. I ate at the bar and the staff really made the night, friendly and attentive without ever hovering.
Every dish was beautiful and thoughtful without being fussy. I spend most of work days out on the water around South Florida as a yacht broker, so a relaxed dinner like this is something I really appreciate. I’ll absolutely be back. A first-class experience.

We came for my grandmothers 80th. Antonio provided one of the best fine dining experiences I’ve had. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine warmth elevated the entire evening. He anticipated every need without ever being intrusive, offered thoughtful recommendations, and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the menu and wine pairings. Every course was timed perfectly, and his service made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Exceptional hospitality like his is rare, and he was a major part of what made our experience at MAASS so memorable. We can’t wait to return and hope to be seated in Antonio’s section again!!

An absolute gem of a restaurant. The food was incredible, but Antonio made our entire night. His service and attentiveness were unmatched. He anticipated everything we needed before we even asked. We absolutely loved his fantastic mustache and his beautiful, positive energy. He truly made us feel like family. We will be back just to see him.

Incredible food and service in a beautiful setting. The 4% employee wellness fee is outright silly at a place of this price level. Just increase the prices upfront.

What can be said, they have a Michellin Star, and it extremely well deserved. Their food is out of this world, their chefs are exemplary, their sommelier is exceptional and extremely knowledgeable, and their ambiance is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Maas as a must visit restaurant when visiting South Florida.
Antonio is an excellent representation for what a Michelin star rated restaurant should look and feel like.

We had a quiet date night and wanted to call out Antonio, who delivered immaculate service in collaboration with the entire well-orchestrated team. The food and drinks were delicious... such a wonderful menu! We will be back soon.
MAASS is indeed worthy of its Michelin star accolades. The atmosphere is second to none, with modern and tasteful fixtures that provide an upscale yet warm experience. Food is excellent—very complex dishes made from simple ingredients with not one detail missed. Their melons, for example, are only the finest—special ordered from Italy. Their collection of steaks are wheeled over by the server to each table for a curated selection, who names the farm from where each steak was raised. Finally, the restaurant staff were superb. Antonio was our server, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. Antonio certainly takes pride in his work and provides guests with a first-class dining experience. Moi was also great and so knowledgeable about the dishes that he brought out, explaining each ingredient and how to properly consume the dish to have the best tasting experience.

Definitely must to have this experience. Food is amazing, but mostly I am very thankful for a personal. From kitchen to waiting staff, hostesses and managers, huge thank you very much for providing us with ultimate electrifying dining experience.
