I loved the place, cozy and full of old world paraphernalia wherever you look.

Food was great! Try the Magnolia Waffle and a cappuccino.

Lastly a message about the owner and staff, they are absolutely wonderful. The owner was cooking, cleaning, hosting and everything in between along with the staff.

You can definitely tell they love their business and you feel it too

Eclectic and bohemian, this Fort Lauderdale spot is full of charm from the moment you walk in. You order from the chalkboard menu, pay at the counter, and your food is brought to your table when it’s ready. While you wait, there’s plenty to take in—every wall is covered in artwork, and shelves are filled with vintage cameras, toys, glasses, plates, and other curiosities. The owner is an avid collector, so you’ll spot pieces that spark nostalgia or items older than you are.

It’s easy to strike up conversations with other diners; the atmosphere is genuinely friendly and welcoming. And definitely save room for dessert—their sweet treats are a must-try.

Buttermilk waffles and ham egg and cheese. Very good. Very small and cozy. They have outside seating. Parking is tight but it’s ok. It’s like a little cottage garden collector house. Lol. We’ll be back.

Irina is wonderful—super friendly and well-traveled, and our conversation flowed effortlessly. She made me feel welcome from the start. Eric kindly offered to adjust my order, and the homemade-style food was delicious. The inviting atmosphere will definitely bring me back for more.

We visited the vintage café Magnolia in Fort Lauderdale and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is so cozy and charming — it feels like stepping back in time. The food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and beautifully served. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves great food and a warm, vintage vibe!

Great hospitality. Everything made from scratch. Celebrated our daughter’s 11th birthday while visiting from Austin, Tx.

NOSTAGLIA AT ITS BEST...

Literally passed by this little white house with blue trim covered in heavy foliage but caught a glimpse of the name Magnolia Vintage Art Cafe. Immediate grin on my face and made an abrupt u-turn in traffic and drove to a gravel lined free parking area.

Across from the umbrella covered garden patio was a full size vintage blue Chevrolet next to a six foot ice cream cone which provided an exciting peek of whats to come.

The front walkway was surrounded by Noni shrubbery all the way to the blue wooden French patio entry door with clear paned glass. Met with the owner inside and noticed an explosion of Key West farmhouse ambiance. Every vintage item in the shop is for sale - just ask for the price and buy it.

Surprisingly, the gender neutral bathroom was guarded by a colorful Elvis mural on the door. It enticed me to take a peek and I was astonished by the vibrant colors of classic rock and roll band themed wallpaper mixed in with Andy Warhol's iconic Marilyn Monroe painting giving this room a sense of pure originality that blends well with the rest of the cafe.

Ordered an espresso and sat in one of the enclave rooms which was elaborately decorated with vintage items. As I sipped my coffee, my eyes were non stop peering at everything on the walls, floors and ceiling even a tranquil black cat was sitting next to me. The owner explained the menu where everything is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner and made fresh in-house to order.

Fantastic tasting coffee with eccentric decor and will be coming back with the wife for a chicken caesar salad and chicken parm with a slice of cheesecake.

This is the funnest little cafe! Drinks were great, food looked great (we didn’t eat, just coffee), and the people here are incredibly kind. And I could have explored the trinkets for hours. This will be a stop every time I visit south Florida!
