Not what it used to be, after 28 years I just had my last visit. Was a great neighborhood market with great sandwiches, so good one didn’t mind the high prices. Last few times have been a disappointment and today was the last straw. Staff should spend less time arguing and more time making sandwiches. Waiting 30 minutes for a cold Rueben is unacceptable.

I've been visiting this spot for about 18 years and it's normally a wonderful experience and the food is always good. However, today, it wasn't pleasant. The food prepares didn't change gloves. The young lady in the back took her vape out, smoked it, and put it back in her pocket. And proceeded to make the food with the same gloves. ??♀️the grabbed 3 different meats that were unwrapped out of the fridge . She had two pressed against her arm and one against her shirt. I'm beyond disgusted and disappointed

Google says they are open until 9pm. Ordered at 5:18pm and paid, went to pick up order and was told they closed at 5.

I have been eating sandwiches at this place for over 30 years. It was always the best!!!! Have ordered 2 sandwiches in past 3 months and both were very disappointing. NOT up to past standards. I am done. Very little substance to the contents and poorly "built" sandwich.

I ordered online to save time, it said my order would be ready about 12:36...so I got there just after 12:30 not only was my order was not ready, several people walked in ordered and left while I was still waiting. Finally, the lady at the register went back to check on my order that I place at 12:15, it hadnt even been started. So more time goes by and she goes back again and comes back with my order. Get to my office and no top bun for my sandwich, if it was a burger no problem...so I called got a rude deli worker on the line, the manager was not there, they said call grub hub. NO PRIDE IN THEIR SERVICE OR FOOD.

Not impressed at all, Cuban with no pickles or mustard and some sort of misery meat and cheese steak with one slice of cheese and not resembling a cheese steak at all. Truly disappointed.
