The food is delicious, I love it, but I ordered fries with cheese and they arrived without cheese. It's the second time, terrible 😞

Ordered from doordash blindly and whew I regret it, should’ve checked some google reviews first. First the restaurant took an hour longer than estimated to make the food, my first dasher abandoned the order. When i received the food, the chicken was so dry. The rice also dry and odd color. The white sauce was so off, almost tasted bad. How do you mess up white sauce?? Way worse than even just a normal chain like Halal guys

These guys are so bad at customer service…you have to call them 5 times for them to pickup your phone esp when picking up late at night. The food is good, and priced reasonably but the customer service is just awful here. They never pickup the phone either to place an order, or if there’s an issue and you need them to come outside. It’s a bit of a hassle and they need to hire competent people that are able to do their jobs.

A rare event I leave a low rating as I feel algorithms aren’t fair when you grade someone anything below a 5 but unfortunately this plate was very underwhelming. As an Egyptian man from NY and the home of street carts left and right you come to get a taste and idea for what is up to par and what is not. I’m not here grading them on the best of plates but more so the lack of any effort made for the gyro which is just bland meat cooked. The chicken has a chance to do more but also lacking in taste. The rice was fresh and soft and white sauce decent tasting. But would I entertain them ever again? Nah maybe not until they throw some actual green peppers and onions at the very least at the gyro and some type of seasoning on that chicken. Sorry to sound so harsh.

Gyros are the size of a pickle. If you want to pay $14 for a light snack, go ahead and order but if you're a normal adult human, you'll need to order 2-3 of these to fill you up. Rip off for sure

Rice, salad and falafel were tasty. I ordered chicken and lamb combo with extra falafel but received rice with falafel with lack of white sauce.

This was my second time ordering from here, and unfortunately, it’s just as disappointing as the first. The food was overcooked and noticeably burnt, and to make matters worse, it felt like I was served the leftover, stuck-at-the-bottom rice instead of something fresh.

I gave this place another chance hoping for improvement, but clearly that was a mistake. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Don't order here past midnight, it's a weird online hub, and they literally had us wait 40 minutes. There are no people and it's literally impossible to cancel your order. I dunno it's like a ditophian red box experience. I'm sure they just microwave all this food in the back and deliver to us.

Food is good. Terrible customer service. They don’t follow instructions. Loud mouth man in the back preparing food. I am sure he would not be loud in the customers faces. This place employs a few that have limited-English speaking capabilities. The workers talk behind the customers back. Grab your food and walk out slowly you will hear them talking crap or you can hear them. Shocking crap by the outdoor windows.
