Great service, very polite and informative staff. The atmosphere was very nice and the food was extremely delicious. If I lived in Florida, I would definitely be going often.

This place has gone downhill. All the great dishes are off the menu. They raised the prices like crazy and made the portions tiny. The Dishes didn’t have any balance of acid, fat, salt or heat. Such a disappointment. The bread is the best thing in the menu. The front of the house gentleman is the best part of this establishment.

Awesome food, super nice staff, constantly good ambience. They charge fair rates and the food quality is very good. Great work.

Great place! Came here for a SoFar private event. Loved their style and their artwork displayed on the walls. I just had the cashews explosion chicken and it was amazing. The atmosphere is great, the service is great, and it is definitely very friendly to everyone, including ?️‍?. Will definitely come back and try out some other dishes in their menu. Highly recommend it!

Wow! First time at this place and it did not disappoint. All of the dishes were awesome and our server was even more. Sat with Greg and he was nothing short of amazing. Very knowledgeable of the menu and friendly. Going to come back soon for one of his "dining in the dark" tastings. We love it here!

My 5th time being here. I think a lot of this is due to Valentine's Day chaos. Anyway, normally the food is excellent and cute vibe but not as good this time. Octopus was overcooked . Very very rubbery and chewy , I don't recall that from previous visits. The gyoza was just okay, nothing special. We got up sold on the rib eye versus the brisket. Rib eye was not bad, just a typical rib eye, medium rare, but I imagine the brisket would've been filled with more flavor. The mashed potatoes that cane with it were yummy but literally two spoon fulls not exaggerating . The mushrooms were odd, chewy as well. Seasoning was off. The service was attentive, not bad like other reviews said. However, it was the typical valentines upsell crap that makes you feel very uncomfortable. It doesn't make you feel welcomed. Maybe on a quieter night it's different, but multiple factors left me unimpressed.

Google places listed this spot as “Asian” which is really not accurate, and one might suspect it is from the name, however, global is a better description. From the pork tostada to the best fried chicken and waffles I’ve ever had, One Door East was a real treat. Classy-artistic-industrial interior and a staff with an incredible sense of pride for the creative menu make for an exceptional experience. Can’t wait to come back for dinner.

Went for Valentine's Day as a casual date and was BLOWN AWAY by the service and EVEN MORE BLOWN AWAY by the food. Brussel sprouts are unbelievable. Beef and spicy black pepper udon noodles were insane. Really great experience. Can't wait to come back!

I'm grateful that One Door East is one block north of my church. This is our favorite happy hour spot south of the river and for great reason. Immediately after walking into the place you'll wonder if you are in a fringe art gallery on the outskirts of Wynwood. Bold pop art pieces pop out from the walls, ceilings, and floor to create a funky welcoming vibe. The Happy Hour menu has some food, some beer, some cocktails, some wine and some spirits. What else could you want? They have some weekly specials (my wife loves their tiny taco tuesday tacos), but really this is one of the best places to hit up after a long day where you just need to unwind or want to catch up with a friend. Recently our friend had to triple check the bill because it was so low she felt like it couldn't be right. The parking isn't great and they are closed Mondays. I park a block or so away in the neighborhood by my church rather than whatever valet option they have set up. Is this a place I would dine at outside of happy hour? Probably not, but it is definitely a place I'll hit up for happy hour almost weekly. Great beers for $4 and similar prices for wine. They have some okayish spirits for $6 and some classic cocktails for $7 until 7 pm at the bar (which is gorgeous- we would steal the stools for our kitchen) or the lounge area. The service is always attentive without being overbearing, which to me is the mark of fantastic service. Sort out the parking and make sure they're open whenever you're planning a visit and saddle up to the bar for a great Happy Hour!

Dining in the dark review. One of the most fun, interesting experiences I have ever had. Greg was a fantastic host. You inevitably make friends with the strangers you dine with. Would absolutely recommend.

Food and service were amazing! I loved every bit of the dining experience. I highly recommend getting a few dishes to share so you can taste everything.

The food and service was excellent. We had the spicy tuna taco and ricotta toast as appetizers; udon noodle and skirt steak were delicious. Our waiter Lucas was the consummate professional. My biggest disappointment was a charge of $28.00 for a Manhattan cocktail. I understand the popularity of craft cocktails but never in my life was i charged that price for a mIxed drink. Their menu of craft cocktails are listed on the menu for $13.00. We should have been advised that it was an extra premium liquor for this outrageous price. I Feel painfully screwed.

I had always had a wonderful Experience here until tonight. The hostess wouldn't seat us without our forth member in our party and the restaurant was empty. Then the manager came out and was worse then the hostess preaching on their rules and regulations instead of just taking care of us. Then they sat us at the worst table in the entrance and the entire place was open and available. They were so concerned with the rules that they forgot to be hospitable. So ridiculous! Food is great, thank God our server made up for the crap manager
