Excellent place to live. The management and board are outstanding. Feels like a true community and great residents.
I’ve called Las Olas by the River home for over a decade, first as a renter and now as an owner, and I can truly say it feels like being on vacation every single day. The community has a beautiful pool and is just steps away from the New River and Las Olas, giving the perfect balance of relaxation and vibrant city living. Living here has been nothing short of a dream, and I feel so grateful to enjoy such a beautiful lifestyle in the heart of Fort Lauderdale.
This place is in a perfect location and close to everything (Las Olas, beach, airport, etc.). Since 2023, the new board of directors, new management team, new janitorial staff and new maintenance staff are superb are constantly improving this building after years of neglect.
