My husband and I had a delicious dinner at PF Chang's. We loved our entrees, the Mongolian beef and the crispy shrimp, and our appetizers were fantastic as well. The wonton soup I ordered was the best I have ever had and our spring rolls were scrumptious. We truly love dining here because the ambience is so appealing. It is very serene and the restaurant is always quiet, which we like. As for the service, it is always excellent. We had not been here for a while and were surprised to see that their menu now offers two entree options, one for a smaller portion and the other for a larger one which was what used to be the regular portion. We ordered the smaller entrees which were enough because we also had appetizers.

I was rudely greeted by the hostess who refused to seat me because she said I didn't have a reservation... after I clearly made one on open table and showed her my phone. It ruined the vibe of the lunch and then she wanted to seat us in the booth right by the noisy walk way and next to the hostess stand. This was my favorite place but now I'm never coming again. The hostess working on the 5th of October at 1:15pm needs to be fired.

A favorite place for us to dine. The food was as expected, superb! The service sadly was poor. The restaurant was nto crowded. Including us there was a total of three tables of diners. We waited about 9 minutes for our server to greet us. The order was taken and delivered timely. However, our server never once came back to check on us. After bringin us our food, the next time she checked on us was to bring us our bill. Of course we will dine here again. I hope this server hones her skills or goes elsewhere

Consistent chain restaurant Americanized Chinese dishes from a wide menu. Spend time studying the menu to determine best value for your needs. Plentiful parking in the mall structure directly behind.

We asked for our food to be low sodium, the server said they only use low sodium soy sauce. Still the beef and broccoli and the lettuce wrap were very salty. Next time I am going to ask to have sauce on the side or to use half of the sauce.

I think the waitress was new so that was a challenge, but we got through it. I will say the food was very good but the old fashioned was excellent.

I have heard so much about this place from family members, but we have never been there ourselves. The service was superb, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was top-notch. We did not have a reservation, but we were seated within minutes of our arrival. I will recommend this place and would visit again when we are in the area. The shared plates menu was absolutely delicious and there was a lot of food left over Which Way took home.
Our waiter Aron was so efficient. We were a large party and everything was seamless. The manager Alex, had attention to detail very step of the way. Thank you all for making our meal so perfect!
