It had been a while since I was at PF Changs and was looking forward to going. It was a slow weekday evening, and the service was awful. Tables were not cleaned. The server came and took our drink order, then disappeared. After 30 minutes, I had to go to the hostess to ask for some water for the table and about the server. The hostess was standing doing nothing. At least help clean the tables or bring customers water.After about 10 minutes, things picked up and improved. Not sure if they were in a meeting, had no management, or what. I don't blame the staff, I blame poor restaurant management.

We had a great experience at this location! We arrived for lunch and were greeted immediately. The hostess asked if we wanted to sit inside or on the patio, so we opted for the patio. The patio was roomy, and very pleasant. Our server was at the table quickly, and took our drink orders. When he returned, we placed our lunch orders. I opted for the Beef with Broccoli, and it came with white rice. There were four in our party, and we all ordered meals that came with white rice, so it was brought out in a big bowl. I loved that! My meal was cooked perfectly, and was very flavorful! Overall, this is a great restaurant. The staff are friendly, the food is flavorful, the patio was comfy, and there's ample parking in the adjacent garage. I will definitely visit again!

The cleanliness was amazing. The bartender was very prompt and attentive. Manager Alex continues to raise the bar service and customer needs and awareness at this Fort Lauderdale location.
Had the Pepper steak tonight, it was so delicious. My server Michelle was attentive and helpful with all my questions regarding the menu. Loved the atmosphere as well. The manager Alex also came to my table to make sure we were all having a good night. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I really enjoyed the mongolion beef from pf changs yesterday. I replaced the beef with chicken though, its the best. Well done and the rice was amazing with it as well. Patricia was an amazing server! ( i love her)
