Cannoli, tiramisu and latte were delicious. Seating area was a little uncomfortable and server was not friendly. Other than that felt like an authentic Italian bakery minus the atmosphere

Food looks good, taste not to good.

Oily , greasy and way too long to get a warm pannini

The design and atmosphere were phenomenal. Being on Las Olas Blvd has its perks. But the desserts after a long hot day were like taking a break and relaxing in Positano.

Great paninis! And the Gelato is fantastic! Definitely recommend!

I’ve been coming here for years, and in my opinion the prices have gotten completely out of hand. Spending $31 on cookies tiny cookiesjust feels excessive. The atmosphere is still nice, but it no longer feels like a good value to me. years ago was a good local place. It’s just so catering towards Tourists I guess they’ll pay the prices I won’t that will be the last time I go there

I went in the bakery. I asked for an amaretto cookie,an almond cookie, and a jelly cookie. The amaretto cookie did not taste like amaretto. The almond cookie was without an almond smell or flavor and tasted dusty. I tasted the jelly cookie and it it was alright but I was afraid to eat it. The last item was sfogliatella. I did not try yet. Total cost was 22.95. The two cookies with amaretto and almond cost 8.32. The tart cost 7.28 I called it jelly. The sfogliatella cost 6.71. I was unhappy with the cookies and the cost. The cookies were small. I tried the last item and i was pleased.

If I could them a 0 for extremely bad customer service, I will. It is the 3rd time I come here and everytime I find them mediocre when it comes to basic human interactions. One would think that being in the hospitality industry, they would know how to interact with other human beings but they simply don't know.
We ordered couple sandwiches to eat on site and ask the waitress to warm them up. Since NO INSTRUCTIONS were given, we sat outside and we were waiting. From an operational standpoint, there only had 1 table of 4 inside, already eating. We were waiting, wondering if we had to wait for her to bring the food or if we had to wait. Again, we weren't given any instructions. After 10 minutes, I walked back inside and realized that our sandwiches were waiting on the counter, ready with flies around them. It would have been too professional to come outside and tell us that it was ready. And it is always the older blonde waitress! She has no manners, no customer service skills. I had a almond biscotti, it was stale and flavorless. As an Italian citizen myself, I would recommend them to go to Italy and see how warm are Italian people. Please stop calling yourself an Italian bakery, it is a shame for Italy

The 2 ladies working today May 30th at 1:30 were extremely rude to us. They weren't busy and just looked at us. We were trying to order and they were completely ignored. After asking to order a few times they finally begrudgingly helped us. The croissants were good. Unfortunately, we won't be back based off of the service not the food.

A lovely authentic Italian shop in Las Olas. Huge portions of Ice cream. Tasty flavours with the option to try anything you are not sure of. A large variety or Italian cakes and pastries as well as savouries, cheese and meat selections. Indor seating area but also take away option.

The gelato and other treats taste good, but are extremely expensive for the serving sizes. This goes for all locations of Pan’e Dolci. If you’re going to get anything, I recommend the cannoli.

Good restaurant and beautiful as well. Only limitations, seating, no enough tables. Still for the size of the restaurant it was OK.

I was excited to try the gelato here, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I asked to sample two flavors and then decided I wanted to buy them. After noticing another flavor, I politely asked if I could taste it because I was curious. The girl serving gelato responded with an unpleasant attitude and said no, explaining that only two samples were allowed. This rule was never mentioned from the beginning. If I had known, that would have been different. The way it was handled felt rude and completely ruined the experience, and I ended up leaving without buying anything.
