Wish I could have given 0 but lowest is 1 on yelp! Very disappointed with service from federal highway location in Fort Lauderdale. No spoon or straw and the French onion soup I got didn't even cover the bottom. I called the store and was told it's policy to give that size soup even though the bread bowl soup which fills the bowl is the same price! The manager is very rude. Stand in line for 20 minutes behind one couple and still can’t get anything. Slow as hell and hardly any bagels to pick from. Not ran very efficient. And the way you get dirty looks if you ask about something is horrible. Always new people can’t keep staff bad management
