I love the food here but the short lady who wears a dread cap is very rude and lacks customer service skills. How do you get the order wrong and have an attitude about it ? She needs to be in the back frying instead of taking orders if she is going to have an attitude with customers just making an order.

Absolutely delicious! The staff is super friendly, and everything’s fried up fresh when you order. From shrimp and conch to fish and wings, they’ve got all the good stuff hot and crispy!

After reading reviews about the customer service.I almost pasted up on this hidden gem.The Manager Ms Wawa customer service and personally alone will make me come back.Food was good.Could've had just a lil bit more sessioning but come to find out you have to ask for extra sessioning.Which is a good thing because some people may be on a low sodium diet.I had the conch,snapper,shrimp with corn nuggets and sweet potato fries..I will definitely be going back..Thank you miss Wawa for making it a present experience.

The food is actually good but like most BOB the customer service sucks. The lady at the register has a very nasty demeanor. The lady with the locks is nice but the other one shouldn’t be serving customers. Don’t even want the food anymore, by the time the transaction is complete.

The lady that answer the phone ( more of a heavy voice) is very rude . Every time I order food over the phone #1 she is very rude , #2 I go inside she will have my food sitting there waiting instead of giving me my food,I’m not sure her issue with me because her and I don’t know each other , I will not be returning anymore . It’s sad you can’t even order food to go w/o an employer being so nasty and rude i wish i could speak to the owner . This has happened multiple times and tonight will be the last time I EVER go there.

I finally found my seafood spot. Fresh food cooked to order. Great selections and options. This wonderful lady assisted me with my first order and made me feel welcomed. I had snapper, Conch fritters and cracked conch, hush puppies🔥🔥🔥Try their signature sweet tea... maaaaan dat shhhhhh is gud!🙏🏽💪🏽💚🖤❤️
