This place absolutely takes forever to get Door Dash orders down. How about try adding more employees on schedule considering how busy it is. OR!!! Stop hiring a bunch of snails. It makes no sense for people to wait over 30 minutes for their food. Do

Staff working the drive thru are usually very helpful when they can be. Often times, the restaurant will have run out of certain food items by the end of the day (“How can you run out of chicken if it’s literally in the name of your restaurant?”) and you just have to go with whatever is left over and available to you. Prefer the drive thru as service is always very efficient, whereas the dining room is almost always too cold for us old guys. Decent food, fair price, courteous...
