Probably the worst Pollo Tropical after the one in Sawgrass. Ordered a “Master Trio” and got 3 old and chewy strips of steak. They missed ingredients on a tropichop and the service was disgusting. The staff treats you like your getting free food and they are doing you a favor after paying over $30 for two meals. Avoid the place at all costs.
This is not the first time I’ve had problems with this location, just the first time I’m leaving a review sadly. I Came through the drive through, ordered a tropical trio, with chicken , pork and steak. Get to the window and pay. She hands us the bag to check and there is only 3 small insignificant pieces of steak. I complained to her and told her I would like more steak because this is not what was advertised on the website. She proceeded to tell me because it comes with chicken and pork they always give less steak. To which I replied I have had this meal many times before and always received the same amount of steak as the pork and chicken (small side container). Needless to say she said there was nothing they could do . Do not come to this location. The workers do not care about customer satisfaction.

Check your food order before leaving the drive thru! Oder from the Pollo on 31st & Commercial Blvd. Order the coconut shrimp platter. What I got was 5 pieces are over fried burnt shrimp! So unacceptable!!! Please take pride.

The wait time has gotten better since my last post, probably because they are not doing as well. Always check the ?️before you get out of the parking lot, it could be two legs and a thigh, If you ordered a half a chicken and wanted the breast (as a half chicken should come with) And honestly can cut it in half and make a sandwich the next day from it, if you get the whole breast because they cut them in half and use the meat for their troppi top bowls. Shrinkflation is killing the fast food industry.
