Pollo Tropical offers tasty food with friendly staff who are eager to accommodate customer requests. However, the restaurant has faced some delivery issues, leading to delayed orders and inconvenience for customers. The chicken is described as thin, and the sauce can sometimes be overwhelmed by salty black beans, so it’s advisable to limit the portion size. Customers have noted that staff members are helpful and courteous, though language barriers can sometimes cause order confusion. Despite occasional mistakes, the staff generally handle issues well, with managers and employees working to resolve problems promptly. The overall dining experience is mixed but includes positive interactions and good service.
