I never write reviews unless something went VERY poorly. I went through the drive through and a lady was standing very far from the main menu, it wasn't until I passed her that she mentioned she has a printed out menu and asked me to BACK MY CAR UP instead of her taking 3 steps.... then as I was saying my order she was turned the complete other way not listening or paying attention. Like she couldn't be bothered, also keep in mind I'm the only car in line. Then I pull to the window...read full review
Went through drive-thru. The lady taking the order outside was very pleasant. Food came out very fast. I moved away 7 years ago and I miss Pollo Tropical's food. I was disappointed a few years ago when I came to visit, the food from another location was dry. This one was perfect. It hit the melancolic spot. 😊
I order in the drive thru and my meal was so hot and fresh, I did not need to reheat it once I got home. It was still piping hot!
