Will charge you $5 for an iced tea refill and will not tell you they are doing this until you get your bill. The kicker the glass was full to the brim with ice so in a 12 oz glass you got 2 oz of iced tea.
We recently stayed several days at the Renaissance on evacuation from the gulf coast. This is a lovely hotel and the hospitality team was top notch. We will definitely be back!
Overnight trip for Martial Arts event. Second shift front desk staff was great. The lobby atmosphere was great for family and friends. The area felt safe and we were able to walk for food or just stroll the area. Rooms were good size although the bathtub was dated, we enjoyed ourselves!
