Was genuinely interested in this community, but seeing all the poor reviews and how you don’t own the land and can pay up to 200k for a new manufactured home and still pay north of $1500+ a month is insane.For that buy your own property where you own the land and gains value.This is simply a rental community and you’re paying an over expensive fee for a rectangle shack that loses value because you do not own the land.Buy where you own the land!

Good luck selling your property in Rexmere. Management makes selling by owner nearly impossible. They delay applications and then make up rules that work in their favor. Our buyers secured a 25 year loan, Rexmere declined them and said it can be no more than 20 years. Nowhere in the Prospects does it say anything about the length of loan. This was just one of the many random requirements that buyers and sellers need to battle with management.

I have lived in rexmere village for over 10 years .Here’s my review .1. The owners of the park are absolutely awful.2.They hire a trapper who is well known for inhumanly killing ducks and cats . I have witnessed this.3. They will rebutte this review with their nonsense.4.live anywhere but here. Literally anywhere . This is the most horrible place I have ever lived.End of review

I had a very disappointing experience at Rexmere Village. The president's management style is incredibly outdated, and it seems like she sees herself as all-powerful. What's particularly frustrating is the lack of fairness – she only fines residents on the main road, which is clearly biased. We desperately need a new president, and it's astonishing that we can't make online payments in this day and age.The high fees we're paying are not justified, and accessing the pool has taken several months. It's evident that this is a result of poor management, which ultimately falls on the president's shoulders.Furthermore, it's concerning that every complaint is attributed to the owners, but it's the president who resides at Rexmere Village and seems to lack basic interpersonal skills. It's crucial that she steps down or is removed from her position for the sake of the community's well-being.

I went to visit a family member its beautiful, clean, quiet, good community, but not enough parking and I was told the swimming pool has been closed most or all summer.

The park fails to repair things like windows in the clubhouse (broken for years now), playground equipment and report street lights that are out to FPL. They send you violations for things that don't even make sense; like "need to paint". Paint what? Who paints vinyl siding? I’ve had to go back-and-forth with the office at least 2000 times in a three years that I’ve lived in this community about issues that I’ve had with them either overcharging me and not letting me know, giving me tickets for people who are parking on my apparent lot that I don’t even know when I’m not home or at work, also charging it to my house without even letting me know and saying that my check bounced one month and it didn’t and then adding a $250 service fee for the check bounce fee. I would absolutely never tell anyone to move into this community.They’ve commented under this for me to add my own surveillance so I can tell them who to ticket- I’m not doing that? It’s not my job and I honestly don’t care where they park?The houses are over priced at this point I could sell my house for double what I bought it three years ago. So at this point, the way I’ve been treated in this community, I feel discriminated against. To all my fellow Rexmere village homeowners, I appreciate you sharing.I have watched them rebuild several homes that did not need to be rebuilt to the eye, yet keep homes that should’ve been replaced. I’m beyond fed up and I’m too busy for this, truly.I really just want to live in my house without feeling like I’m gonna get kicked out every other month. Lived in Rexmere for 6 years. This place is a straight up scam. If you try to move out and sell your home, they will deny every potential buyer and you'll be forced to sell it back to them for real cheap. Happened to our neighbor too.

I have been living in Rexmere Village for 30 years. I always pay my lot rent on the first of the month. This month, I am being charged $56.00 for late fees. I called the office and stated that my bank shows the payment went through on the 4th. They refused to remove the late fee. I explained that I paid on time and in good faith. THEY REFUSED TO REMOVE THE LATE FEE EVEN THOUGH I PAID ON TIME. Is this the kind of place you want to live at? Where you have no say in how you are treated by management?
