I was looking several places to buy my 1st house, and Rexemere was one of the nicest places I found with beautiful luxury homes (with affordable prices)and nice common areas. I'm in the process to be approved to live there. I'm hopping to be accepted because me and all my family love the community.
Love this community! Love the neighbors! Safe, clean and well kept. If there is issue the admin team is on it quickly. You may pay a little more in lot rent, but It is one of the nicest parks in Broward County.However, I had my home for sale thru Rexmere office for 10 months- not one offer. So now selling with outside realtor-and in 4 months I have had 20 showings and 1 cash offer under contract. Not sure why this is so.
