This restaurant is exceptional! we went with our family after our civil ceremony and their service was beyond expectations. they made every effort to accommodate us as we found them very last minute and the weather turned rainy and windy suddenly. we wanted to sit outside, and they reserved the table without hesitation and then afterwards accommodated us inside when the rain started. Sea Level Restaurant and Ocean Bar offers a beautiful view and a convenient location next to the pool overlooking the beach, with great views of incoming ships and boats in Fort Lauderdale. The ambiance is great, and the tables are beautifully set. Food is good but extremely over-priced, with very generous portions. The Trio Dip with queso blanco is a huge portion, best for a party of 3 or more, and the queso blanco is the star. The Mahi Mahi Tacos are great, with huge filets and tons of flavor. The tuna poke is so good guests could not resist ordering seconds. Calamari is delicious, but the Octopus is subpar. Drinks are a bit weak at the price point. Service is amazing and above and beyond, with staff introducing themselves and constantly moving to keep waters topped off. Beach towels were provided without being requested, and the restaurant chef came to the table to check on guests. However, service can be subpar during rain. The staff seems to really enjoy being there.
