The Market Deli is a short walk from Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. The service and the employees are excellent, the food was amazing, the store is clean and organized! The breakfast wraps are a great start to your day. There are many vegetarian options, the garlic knots are delicious! Overall a great experience, I can't wait to return!
The people were extremely friendly and the place was very clean which is why I gave it 3 stars but the food was really bad. I should have known something was up when I saw them out something for my sub in the microwave to heat it up before they even started building it, but it was supposed to have melted cheese and it didn’t, most of the sauce that should have been hot wasn’t and the bread had a layer of black stuff on it. This is my usual breakfast stop when I stay at the Bahia Mar. It's declined a bit. There was no coffee available when I stopped by, which is mind blowing for a deli. There was only one person behind the counter making breakfast, but he handled the 7 am rush pretty well. I had an OK breakfast wrap. Add a star if coffee is available. An OK alternative to the unremarkable Bahia Mar restaurant.
