Serafina | Italian Restaurant

Serafina was a wonderful surprise for us. Loved its quaint, local vibe, and the food and service were great. The only issue we had was, they ran out of the wine we chose, but we settled for a very nice cheaper bottle. It's worth mentioning for those like us that consider the wine as important as the food. All in all, great experience, and our servers did a great job all the way around!

Have been here many times. The food and the service is always excellent. Sitting outside is always a pleasure... but tonight was a little windy so I moved indoors. Had the same wonderful view of the Intracoastal.

This place is a hidden gem. The food is outstanding and the outside dining experience is great! We have dinner here whenever we are visiting Ft Lauderdale.

If anyone want to try real italiano food with great good thats definately is Serafina. The view is outstanding. The service and food are the best

Because the food was good when we dined in, we decided to take it out the following night due to early day of travel on the morning after. Pricing is where it all goes wrong at this place! Here's yet another restaurant using the deliberate, traditional withholding of cost information on “specials” to commit highway robbery while dining in or taking out. However, this place takes the cake by up-charging exponentially for substitutions. When I asked for a substitution of pasta instead of potatoes after placing a take out order for two appetizers and three chicken dishes, I was advised of an up charge. I thought “OK,” said as much, and when I went to pick up the order, that would cost @$180 without the substitutions, I found I was charged and additional $30 for the substitutions of 3 servings of linguine with marinara sauce. It's an Italian restaurant! Any Italian knows what $30 buys in dried pasta and that Marinara tomato sauce flows from a tap. Furthermore linguine is a staple so there was no special effort involved here. I disputed the gauging, but was only successful in the removal of one serving. Shame on the Shylock owner of this establishment for gauging his clientele and shame on me for thinking the up charge would amount to a few dollars and not asking what it actually would be. Still, $30!? C'mon!! I'd love to write a review saying the food was terrible, but I'd be lying. I'm not lying, however, when I say the owner is duplicitous and I won't be returning.

The food was outstanding! Service started slow but then our waitress was fabulous. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Be prepared to wait for table, even with a reservation. Service is great and food delicious. On the pricier side.

What a wonderful evening at Serafina in Fort Lauderdale for Women’s Day with my wife! The atmosphere was charming and romantic, perfect for celebrating. We enjoyed delicious charred octopus, homemade pasta and a delightful fish. The tiramisu was the cherry on top! Exceptional service made our night even more special. Highly recommend for a lovely dining experience! Can’t wait to go back!
